Paul is a diagnosed coeliac. So he eats gluten free. He also eats low salt almost all the time. Coeliac disease has really weakened his bones so this is important
I *try* to avoid wheat flours a lot and avoid entirely bleached flours. I will be trialling a gluten free diet SOON. I have asthma and try to avoid sulphites and other preservatives that seem to set me off. Oh and lactose too.
Miss E is four. Now I don't know if it is BEING four or if it is the food but we are going back to avoiding 160b (natural yellow), unprocessed junk, sugar and preservatives. Seeing if it improves four year old behaviour.
We try to eat as basic foods that we can. With flavour. We like quick meals, or meals that cook for hours unsupervised so don't take much of OUR time to prep.
